5. TEXAS HEALTH GUARANTEE

1. Seller guarantees the kitten is in good health at the time of sale, to the best of Seller’s knowledge.
2. Buyer agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed Texas veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt.
3. If a life-threatening congenital defect or serious contagious illness existing at sale is diagnosed, Buyer must notify Seller within 48 hours with written veterinary documentation.
4. Seller’s obligation is limited to one of the following (Seller’s choice):
   ☐ Replacement kitten of equal value (when available)
   ☐ Refund of purchase price only

        5.  This guarantee does not cover:

                   -  Minor or stress-related illnesses

                   -  Parasites or upper respiratory infections

                   -  Injuries, accidents, neglect, or environmental causes

                   -  Changes in size, coat, color, or temperament

       6. Seller is not responsible for veterinary bills or related expenses.

6. SPAY / NEUTER REFUND (PET-ONLY KITTENS ONLY)

• Refund of $________ upon proof of spay/neuter before 6 months of age.
• Proof from a licensed veterinarian required.

7. BREEDER & BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Breeder Responsibilities

Buyer Responsibilities

        ☐ Provide proper food, shelter, and veterinary care
       ☐ Keep kitten indoors unless otherwise agreed in writing
       ☐ Follow veterinarian-recommended vaccination schedules
       ☐ Complete spay/neuter if applicable
       ☐ Contact Seller before rehoming the kitten

Failure to comply may void health guarantees or refunds.

8. NO-DECLAW & NON-BREEDING CLAUSE (PET-ONLY)

• Kitten may not be declawed.
• Kitten may not be bred.
• Breaching this clause incurs a liquidated damage fee of $________ and voids all guarantees.

9. “AS-IS” SALE DISCLOSURE (TEXAS)

• Except as stated, kitten is sold as-is.
• Governing law: State of Texas; disputes resolved in Seller’s county.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
